Tampa's solution to sexual assault crisis: put rape victims in jail

This is the kind of disgusting behavior that takes place by police officers when a society decides that women who are raped deserved it for one reason or another. Like the victim in this story who had an arrest warrant out on her; it was decided for her that she not need medical attention or emergency contraceptive, no she was to be arrested and stripped of her rights and dignity.
